LoL Patch notes 9.6 rundown
Significant champion changes
Hecarim: Q will deal 10% additional damage for every stack of Rampage.
Kayle: As expected, Kayle will be receiving a nerf towards her late game. Attack speed per level and attack damage per level have been reduced to 1.5 and 2.5 respectively. W bonus movement speed has been nerfed from 10% to 8% of AP. E cast time now based off attack speed (identical to Kayle’s basic attack), instead of 0.25 seconds.Nautilus: Base armor up from 35.5 to 39, a significant buff in laning phase. Passive cooldown has also been reduced to a flat 6 seconds.
Neeko: Riot eased off on Neeko’s micropatch nerf, restoring her attack speed growth back to 2.5 per level.
Sylas: W healing taking a fair hit, with healing ratio down from 0.45 to 0.4 with empowered heal has also been reduced to 175%.
Urgot: Urgot getting a massive change this patch. Base mana and mana regen per level have both been increased to 340 and 0.8 respectively. Damage reduction passive to enemies recently hit has been removed. Urgot’s shield has been moved from W to E. W damage reduction down to 50%, now costs dramatically less mana and with lower cooldown. Purge (W) will be a mana free toggle ability at max level. Urgot’s dash (E) has been updated with a shield, and increased damage at earlier levels, from 60/100/140/180/220 to 90/120/150/180/210.
Xayah: Huge buff to W, bonus attack speed increased at all levels from 30/35/40/45/50% to 40/50/60/70/80%. Will make Xayah substantially stronger in the late game.
- Tear of the Goddess: New restriction added which prevents both upgrades of the Tear of the Goddess line to be purchased.
- Brawler’s Gloves: No longer unique, allowing the item to be stacked.
- Minion Dematerializer: Charges cut in half, down from 6 to 3. Base damage bonus however increased from 4% to 6%, while additional damage bonus up from 1% to 3%. Starting cooldown now at 3 minutes instead of 4.
- Overheal: Nerf to its early level, from 40-100% throughout level 1-18, to 20-100% of excess healing to shields.
