CJ has been dodging ganks and blaming supports since the Dota 1 days back in 2010. That’s 15 years of questionable drafts, clutch Black Holes, and the eternal debate of “Mid or Feed.” If Dota 2 were a relationship, CJ would be that loyal partner who refuses to let go, even after countless heartbreaks from matchmaking. But his love for gaming doesn’t stop at getting reported in Dota. CJ also loves single-player games, the kind that makes you question life choices, cry over fictional characters, or spend hours customizing a character’s hairstyle—only to wear a helmet the entire game. And, of course, he pledges his allegiance to the PlayStation nation, where cinematic masterpieces and button-mashing boss fights reign supreme. When not managing cooldowns and dodging Flame Wards, CJ is a Social Media Manager and a writer who specializes in producing and posting esports and gaming content. And if all else fails? There’s always a drive to nowhere. When life gives CJ a downtime screen, they hit the road, blasting music and pretending they’re in a Need for Speed cutscene (minus the cops, hopefully). In short, CJ is a gamer, a storyteller, and a casual road warrior—always ready for the next adventure, whether it’s in a game, on social media, or behind the wheel.
