100 Thieves reveals Demon Slayer merch and it’s fire (but expensive)

Many esports organisations get to have fun and exciting collaborations throughout the year, and this time is no different. 100 Thieves’ recently teased collaboration with the popular Demon Hunter anime has just been revealed, including a ton of exciting merch for esports fans.

100 Thieves x Demon Slayer merch coming soon

It isn’t uncommon for North American esports teams to release anime collaborations (look at Team Liquid) and this also isn’t the first time 100 Thieves has released one. In August 2023, 100 Thieves partnered up with Higround and Dragon Ball Z to release a merchandise collaboration. In 2022, the organisation also had an Attack on Titan merchandise collection. Now, 100 Thieves has revealed a massive collection of hoodies, t-shirts, water bottles, shorts, and more.

The prices aren’t cheap. It’s $95 to $115 for a hoodie and $44 for a t-shirt. If you spend over $140 you can get free shipping at least.

The official drop is September 5th, but fans can curerrently claim early access to the merch by entering their phone number on 100 Thieves’ website.

While anime and video games may seem like a weird combination to some, it has proven to be incredibly successful for many organisations. For example, Crunchyroll has teamed up with TSM and FURIA, as well as the Esports World Cup that takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It isn’t just esports organisations getting collaborations though, as many live service games have cosmetic collaborations within the game itself. For example, Overwatch 2 now has multiple anime collaborations available in-game, where players can purchase cosmetics from animes like My Hero Academia, One Punch Man and Cowboy Bebop. There have been some surprising collabs throughout the years, too. Street Fighter 6 saw a Spy x Family collab in 2024, and Dead by Daylight had an Attack on Titan collab with cosmetics for survivors and killers alike.

100 Thieves competes in a large amount of esports titles, with its most popular being League of Legends. The organisation has competed in many esports titles over the years, including Clash Royale, Fortnite, Street Fighter and most recently, Marvel Rivals.
