Late last week, footage and screenshots from a development build of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 were leaked online. It gave us an unofficial look at what can be expected when Treyarch’s next iteration of the long-running FPS franchise is released. At this point, most of the leaks have been scrubbed from the face of the internet by Activision. While we can’t show you them directly, we can talk you through everything the Black Ops 6 leaks had to offer!

When news broke of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 leaks, many gamers wanted to know what maps would be featured in the game. After Modern Warfare 3’s slate of remade maps, it would be interesting to see if Treyarch took the same approach. In the leak, we got a look at nine multiplayer maps in Black Ops 6, which are:
From name alone, it doesn’t seem as though there are any remakes here. However, there’s no indication that this is every map in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, so Nuketown fans don’t have to get worried yet. A previous Call of Duty 2024 maps leak revealed potential remastered content, and this new leaked build doesn’t disprove this theory yet.

The leaked Black Ops 6 build was able to give a glimpse at the weapons players can use in the upcoming Call of Duty. These are:
Assault Rifles
Submachine Guns
Shotguns
LMGs
Marksman Rifles
Sniper Rifles
Handguns
Much like the maps, it seems unlikely that the full slate of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 weapons are featured in these leaks. We’ll probably see even more revealed pre-launch, but it’s interesting to see the few we seem to be getting so far.

While any menus in the Black Ops 6 leaks may be temporary, many players will be hoping they’re not. In these leaks, the popular vertical Gunsmith UI is returning, making it more usable than in more recent entries.
Again, it could be a placeholder. But if it isn’t then this is a case of Black Ops 6 going backward in order to move forward.

With 43 achievements in total, this rumored list spans across Campaign, Zombies, and Multiplayer in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Most intriguing of all is “World Domination,” which asks players to “tap into your Supervillain side.” What could this mean? With just a few months until release, it won’t be long until we find out for sure.
