We’re keen admirers of the female CS2 scene. Its growth over the last few years has been phenomenal, with more fans than ever looking out for the best female CS2 teams around the world. We’ve got events like the ESL Impact League, which hugely contributes to the increased interest.
We wanted to take a look at the best female CS2 teams in 2025 so far, so you know who the Queens of the scene are right now!

2024 was a pretty good year for BIG Equipa, but the loss of juliano and LETi this year makes them more of an unknown quantity. Their replacements are Hanka and pullox, two solid additions to round out the lineup.
Expectations won’t be high immediately, but I’d still qualify them as one of the best female CS2 teams in the world. Maybe they can surprise us all with a big performance at an ESL Impact LAN CS2 tournament.

The improvement of NIP Impact throughout 2024 was very impressive, frequently beating their competition in ESL Impact Season 6 in particular. They face the barrier the other best female CS2 teams struggle with: Imperial Valkyries.
In 2025, NIP Impact have already tested themselves in YaLLa Compass Winter 2025. Early results against male teams haven’t been what they’d hoped, but it’s an important test regardless. If they continue on this trajectory, NIP Impact can definitely find themselves on top in the female CS2 scene.

MIBR Fe get third place in this ranking of the best female CS2 teams, although it’s not based on their performance in this jersey. The majority of this team played for Fluxo Demons last year, where they farmed Cash Cups and tried to make a dent in ESL Impact events.
Whether their good form last year can continue in the MIBR Fe organization remains to be seen, but you simply can’t ignore the quality of this lineup.

In recent times, only one team has come close to dethroning Imperial Valkyries at an ESL Impact LAN: FURIA Fe. They managed to take a map off the reigning champs at ESL Impact Season 6 Finals, and have managed to take them down a couple of times in other tournaments.
They might not be ready to take the crown yet, but 2025 could be a big year for FURIA Fe. Considering how close they came at ESL Impact Season 6, a LAN championship has to be the goal if they’re to stake their claim as the best female CS2 team in 2025.

Make no mistake – Imperial Valkyries are simply the best female CS2 team on the planet, and no one comes close. Formerly Nigma Galaxy and Pigeons, this roster comprises many of the best female CS2 players in the world, with this core having won every single ESL Impact League event, including the recent Season 6 Finals. These girls are building an almost insurmountable legacy, and have never lost an inch of motivation despite the success.
Right now, everyone else is just playing catchup in terms of the level of play. We couldn’t believe how long it took these ladies to get picked up by an org after they were released from Nigma Galaxy. Imperial have bought themselves an instant ticket to the pinnacle of the female CS2 circuit, and they don’t look like they’re coming down any time soon.
They even took on some Tier 1 teams at the likes of BLAST Bounty, IEM Katowice, and PGL Cluj-Napoca. While these were tough matches for the team, they’ll be looking for more opportunities like this in the future.
