Natus Vincere lift the trophy at StarSeries i-League Season 7
S1mple and co. have finally done it. After a long drought, Natus Vincere was finally able to lift the trophy. They looked good throughout the entire event, and once they found out that Astralis was going to skip this tournament, they knew that this was the best chance they will have at winning a big tournament.
Natus Vincere played a total of 7 games throughout the entire tournament. Ukrainians won 6 of those matches, but they found themselves on a losing end of things in their opening match. Below you will be able to read about the matches Na’Vi played in StarSeries i-League Season 7.

Natus Vincere’s path to winning StarSeries i-League Season 7
As we mentioned above, ViCi was able to defeat Natus Vincere in the opening match. To be honest, Natus Vincere was embarrassing on the first map, Inferno, where they were only able to win three rounds. However, they pulled it right back on Train with a solid performance, but they fell short on Nuke.
After losing to ViCi, Natus Vincere got the better off BIG. German CS:GO organization was stunned on both Dust 2 and Mirage. S1mple was on fire once again with a +38 kill difference. Not much anyone can do once s1mple gets going.
Victory against BIG propelled Na’Vi against NiP. Despite losing the first map, Natus Vincere bounced right back to tie the series by winning NiP’s map pick. After that, Ukrainians were successful on Mirage yet again, as they left the Swedes with only 4 rounds to their name.
2-1 score in the group made Natus Vincere feel really comfortable. They proved that against NRG. North American CS:GO organization had nothing on s1mple yet again. Inferno and Mirage were all it took for s1mple to put 50 kills on the board. Stellar performance from the best CS:GO player ever.
If you read our piece so far, you can clearly see that Natus Vincere had an easy time qualifying for the StarSeries i-League Season 7 playoffs. In the quarter-finals, Ukrainian CS:GO organization was matched against the rising stars, ENCE. Even though Natus Vincere lost Train, they came out on top on both Inferno and Overpass.
Defeating ENCE matched Na’Vi against the even more dangerous Renegades. This time around, Natus Vincere grabbed a 1-0 lead. However, Australians bounced right back but they fell short in a deciding map, where it feels like they did not even join the server.
After eliminating the best teams in the StarSeries i-League Season 7, Natus Vincere was left with a final task, that being Fnatic. Even though Swedes made it competitive for Natus Vincere, they were unable to win a single map. Overall, an easy victory for s1mple and co.
