The abilities that will be added to your armory with this ring include the reduction of the next Core Skill cast by 8-12 percent. It can go up to 40 percent if you use the Core Skills more consistently.

It can drop randomly from enemies or from a chest in World Tier 4 and Level 85+ enemies. You can grind endgame content such as Nightmare dungeons and Helltide events to increase your chances.


Melted Heart Of Selig
