It’s worth remembering though that you won’t be able to chance your race or subrace. Once you get out of character creation, those are locked in. This is because of the way dialogue options change depending on your race.
But any part of your physical look, you can change easily including your face, skin color, hairstyle, hair color, body art and makeup, voice and sex.
