Fortnite legend Martin “MrSavage” Foss Andersen has officially joined the ranks of creators and celebrities immortalized in Fortnite’s ICON Series with his very own in-game skin. He follows in the footsteps of top creators like Ninja, Clix, and Nick Eh 30, as well as celebrities including Sabrina Carpenter, Lionel Messi, and LeBron James.

MrSavage teased the announcement across social media, sparking speculation once official Fortnite channels began engaging with him. It was soon confirmed that the Norwegian competitor would join the ICON Series, with his bundle set to arrive in the Item Shop on Friday, September 26 at 8PM ET.

The MrSavage set comes with multiple alternate styles and a full range of cosmetics. Highlights include:

To celebrate the release, Epic Games is hosting the MrSavage Icon Cup, a Duos Battle Royale tournament where players can unlock parts of the set early by placing highly in their region. Rewards include the MrSavage outfit and cosmetics.

MrSavage now joins a small but prestigious lineup of ICON Series stars, cementing his place in Fortnite history. For fans who have followed his journey since the early days of Fortnite esports, this release will certainly feel like a long-time coming.
