A Fortnite x Fast and Furious crossover is reportedly in the works. The latest leak suggests that two of the franchise’s most popular characters will eventually join the metaverse. The metaverse continues to bring in so many different characters from so many different places. Star Wars, the NFL, DC, Marvel, God of War, Among Us, and so many other things coexist there. Now, the popular car movie franchise is set to be part of the game, too.

Fortnite Fast and Furious Crossover Leaked

Several leakers have discovered a Fast and Furious crossover in the game files. Fortnite is poised to get skins, like the Jujutsu Kaisen Wave 2 release, for Dom Torreto, Vin Diesel’s character, and Han Lue. Toretto has appeared in every mainline movie in the FF franchise. Lue has been in six of the 10 mainline movies to this point.

On many different levels, this collaboration would work perfectly. Both Fast and Furious and Fortnite started out as much simpler products (movie and game in this instance) than they have become. They are vastly different now than they were when they were first released, and their growths are very similar.

Plus, Fortnite is a game that has a lot to do with cars now, whether it’s as a movement option in Battle Royale or because of Rocket Racing mode.

With that in mind, even though this leak is about skins, don’t be surprised if more than that is added to the game. Car models, car decals, and in-game items would also make sense. It remains to be seen how big the crossover will be. However, Epic Games has the chance and the path to make it substantial.

Keep in mind that this is a leak, so it is not 100% confirmed. The leak did not provide a release date, so there’s no indication of when it might happen. It didn’t specify if this was a Battle Pass crossover or the Item Shop (like the Raiden crossover), though two skins being revealed makes the latter more likely.
