Are you looking for the Fortnite X-Wing and TIE Fighter vehicles in Chapter 6 Season 3? You’re not alone. This is one of the biggest changes in the current season. These flying vehicles, much like planes, make for easy traversal of the island. They can also be used to attack, so it behooves gamers to get their hands on one. They’re not incredibly common, though. Here’s where you can go to look for them.

Where to Get Fortnite X-Wing and TIE Fighters

The X-Wing and TIE Fighter vehicles are purposefully placed around the island. The X-Wings are located at the Resistance Base and Outpost Enclave. You can find three at the base and two at the enclave, so there are five of these vehicles on the map. TIE Fighters are much more common in Chapter 6 Season 3.

There’s one outside Outlaw Oasis. There is another one on the path up to Crime City. Going left from there on the map, near the water, will lead you to another one. Vader Samurai’s Solitude has two TIE Fighters available, which is fitting for the Sith. There’s one dropped in front of Flooded Frogs. The final four are found at the First Order Base.

Sadly, the one outside Flooded Frogs is broken. You can, however, fix it. You’ll need to interact and start a quest with it, and three fuel cans will be enough to get it operational. This could be the one to go for since people will be turned off by the quest. The other ones are easier to get, but you will have to contend with the rest of the map.

Flying the TIE Fighters and X-Wings is not as easy as flying planes, but all the controls are mapped out on the screen. You may have some trouble getting it going but push the left stick (console) to power up before flying. From there, use the right stick to start steering. You can then use the left stick for more or less speed.
