Fortnite x Yakuza Crossover Leaks: What We Know So Far?

Fortnite x Yakuza has leaked early. Yakuza is a prominent video game franchise. It is perhaps known better today as Like A Dragon. A new release, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, was released in 2024. There was a spin-off released in 2025 as well, so it’s pretty prominent. Now, it’s getting the royal treatment that not every game gets: it’s coming to Fortnite.

Fortnite x Yakuza Collaboration in the Works

According to multiple leakers, a crossover between Like A Dragon and Fortnite is coming. Per those leaks, it will include Kazuma and Goro skins. Kazuma Kiryu is the initial main protagonist of the beat-em-up franchise from Sega. Goro Majima is one of the most frequently recurring characters.

One leak specifically mentioned that the “first wave” should include those two characters. That implies that this crossover, like so many these days, will have multiple releases. You can get the Kazuma and Goro skins first. Then later, you’ll probably be able to get other characters. It remains to be seen if there will be in-game items, but related cosmetics for the characters seem very likely.

Over the years, Fortnite has collaborated with quite a few other video games. Tomb Raider, Street Fighter, God of War, Lethal Company, Rocket League, Among Us, Halo, League of Legends, Metal Gear, Doom, Borderlands, Horizon Zero Dawn, and so many others are in the metaverse. Now, Yakuza is set to finally join.

The leak did not provide a release date, though it’s probably too late for it to be involved in the next battle pass. Chapter 6 Season 2 arrives on February 21, but the leak didn’t indicate that it was coming soon. That makes it more likely to be an Item Shop collaboration like the new Iron Man skin. That and the fact that it’s expected to be released in waves as well. This is a leak and therefore unconfirmed, but it looks like the popular fighting franchise is coming soon.
