In total, there are ten Remembrance Bosses in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. This means that upon killing them, they drop Remembrance items, which you can exchange with Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold for powerful new Shadow of the Erdtree weapons and armor. Because of this, all of these new bosses Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree are considered important to the story, even if not all are required to actually progress through the game.

Divine Beast Dancing Lion

Her attacks are tough to read, meaning you’ll likely have to try this one a few times before you manage to get it right. Find her in Castle Ensis and take down the dual-greatsword-wielding foe for some nice rewards.

Putrescent Knight

To prepare for the Putrescent Knight, make sure you’ve stocked up on Scadutree Fragments to deal more and take less damage. This is a fight that deals a ton of damage, thanks to the two components of the Putrescent Knight being able to detach from one another. Of all new bosses in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, this is one of the toughest.

Messmer the Impaler

It’s a visual spectacle across both stages, so you’ll need to be patient and study the attack patterns meticulously before you have any success with this one. In terms of rewards, Messmer the Impaler probably has the best boss reward in the game, so there’s that.

Commander Gaius

Scadutree Avatar

Scadutree Avatar is one of the most annoying of all the new bosses in Elden Ring, as you have to empty its health bar three times to kill it for good, with new attacks each time. Good luck.

Metyr, Mother of Fingers

Metyr, Mother of Fingers is one of the most haunting designs of all the new bosses in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, with fingers galore adorning its design. While not necessary to complete the DLC, we’d recommend you take on the challenge, if only to see the awesome design for yourself.

Midra, Lord of Frenzied Flame

Romina, Saint of the Bud

Romina, Saint of the Bud makes for a creepy design, but the fight isn’t all that scary once you get to grips with the attack patterns. Avoid her butterflies and keep up the pressure to defeat Romina, Saint of the Bud for some awesome rewards.

Promised Consort Radahn

The final boss of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is fittingly the toughest. Learning how to beat Promised Consort Radahn will be a tough task, as he will make minced meat of any player not adequately leveled and rigged out with the strongest armor. A two-stage fight, Promised Consort Radahn transforms into Radahn, Consort of Miquella after reaching 75% health.
