The Dune Awakening release date is May 20, 2025. Based on the information available at the time of writing, this is going to be a global launch. Meaning there will be no platform exclusivity like we have seen in the past on other major titles. Fans who want to get the game early can do so by purchasing one of the Deluxe or Ultimate editions of Dune Awakening, already available on Steam. These editions of the game will allow players to get their hands on the game up to five days early, which is a pretty sweet deal compared to the one or two days some developers give players.

As mentioned above, there are several platforms you can play this game on. The developers are not messing around with this game, ensuring Dune Awakening is on the best platforms possible. Unfortunately, for those who are on the older generation consoles, like the PS4, you will not be able to play this game. Most developers these days do not want to split the resources between the current generation and the older generation platforms.
