In Urqopacha, close to Wachunpelo Village, are a set of Level 90 Striking Dummies. The exact location is X: 29.9, Y: 12.9. These are perfect for starting out on your journey, especially if you went with the “Feat of Gold” path first in your MSQ playthrough

In Kozama’uka, just east of the first village, Ok’hanu, are a set of Level 90 Striking Dummies. Coordinates are X: 21.1, Y 10.8. Another perfect starting set of Striking Dummies.

A series of level 100 Training Dummies are available in Heritage Found. To unlock them, you need to speak to the Eccentric Researcher in Solution Nine (X:19.9 Y:17.1). They’ll have the quest “Trial by Spire.” You’ll also need to have completed the final Dawntrail MSQ (Main Scenario Quest), “Dawntrail.” These training dummies also act as tests where you can see if your DPS is sufficient for Extreme trials and beyond.
Several Level 90 and Level 100 Training Dummies are available for sale for Sacks of Nuts and other currencies around Dawntrail. This article will be updated as more locations are discovered.
