How to start a Night Club business in GTA Online
We all know that Rockstar has provided numerous locations for the Night Club business in GTA Online but not all of them are best. Some are located far away from the city center, which will consume a lot of your crucial time to manage and won’t even attract new customers due to their unfavorable location. We suggest buying one in the northern part of Los Santos as this central location features all of the setup and supply missions and is easily accessible to all the customers.
Here’s the complete list of Night Clubs available in GTA Online followed by their initial cost:
- Cypress Flats Nightclub: $1,370,000
- Del Perro Nightclub: $1,645,000
- Downtown Vinewood Nightclub: $1,670,000
- Elysian Island Nightclub: $1,080,000
- La Mesa Nightclub: $1,500,000
- LSIA Nightclub: $1,135,000
- Mission Row Nightclub: $1,440,000
- Strawberry Nightclub: $1,525,000
- Vespucci Canals Nightclub: $1,320,000
- West Vinewood Nightclub: $1,700,000

Initial Setup
Once you purchase your first Night Club in GTA Online, you’ll need to complete some setup missions, which are almost similar to the online heists. Thankfully, we didn’t face any extraordinary challenges while doing these, so we assume that you won’t encounter any difficulties too. However, make sure to set yourself up as a CEO or a VIP through the SecuroServ option in the interaction menu.
Nightclub Upgrades

Thankfully, you can access the upgrades from the office computer in your nightclub. The nightclub, like most other businesses in GTA Online, has upgrades that can increase the efficiency of your business operations. Similar to the Bunker and MC businesses, the nightclub has three main upgrades: Equipment, Staff, and Security.
- The Equipment upgrade costs $1,425,000 and doubles the speed of accruing goods in the nightclub basement by your warehouse technicians. This will be essential as you get further into the business.
- The Staff upgrade costs $475,000 and slows down the nightclub popularity loss, allowing you to do fewer popularity missions. This comes in very handy and directly allows you to make significantly more money.
- Finally, the Security upgrade costs $695,000 and reduces the likelihood of nightclub basement raids. Don’t purchase this upgrade if you don’t have all floors of the nightclub basement yet because it won’t happen.
However, once you have all the floors, technicians, and businesses to go with them, you will need to buy this upgrade. If you have a lot of money at the start, you might as well get it. However, if you’re running low on funds, don’t be too concerned with the Security upgrade just yet.
How to generate income with Night Club in GTA Online
There are generally two revenue streams for the Night Club in GTA Online:
- Nightclub Operations: The main area of the nightclub earns passive income as guests pay for entry, drinks, and more.
- Underground Warehouse: This is where the bulk of your earnings come from, facilitated by nightclub technicians who collect and store goods for you.
Nightclub Management

A fully packed popularity bar brings in a cool $50,000 every 48 minutes. Here’s how to keep the good times (and cash) rolling:
- Spin Those Beats: Bring in fresh DJ talent for $100,000 or keep the party going by rebooking a fan-favorite for $10,000.
- Run Popularity Missions: Fire up your computer or give Tony a call to start missions that’ll have everyone talking about your club.
Managing the Warehouse
Technicians are your best friends here as they collect different types of goods tied to various businesses you own in GTA Online:
- Cargo and Shipments: Linked to a special cargo warehouse.
- Sporting Goods: Connected to a bunker.
- South American Imports: Tied to a coke lockup.
- Pharmaceutical Research: Associated with a meth lab.
- Organic Produce: Linked to a weed farm.
- Printing and Copying: Needs a document forgery office.
- Cash Creation: Requires a cash factory.

To maximize your earnings, hire up to five technicians, each costing several hundred thousand dollars. Assign them to the most profitable goods to ensure your cash flow stays strong:
- Cargo and Shipments: $8,570/hour
- Sporting Goods: $7,500/hour
- South American Imports: $13,500/hour
- Pharmaceutical Research: $11,500/hour
- Cash Creation: $9,450/hour
How much money can you make at the nightclub?
As mentioned earlier, you will make $50,000 every 48 minutes of real-time or every in-game day as long as popularity is full. The amount is for the upstairs of the nightclub made through the legitimate business. At the same time, a single full sale with all upgrades and all five storage floors can sell for $1,690,000 when it comes to the nightclub basement.
You can accrue all goods by assigning your warehouse technicians, or you can assign all five technicians to the same good type to source goods even faster. We personally recommend assigning the five technicians to different goods to maximize profits and selling them all at once.
It takes 66.6 hours to accrue all goods and fill all floors. Once the nightclub is fully set up, you can make about $2,800,000 with all popularity missions completed and the nightclub goods sold, and you can cycle these every 66.6 hours.
