In GTA Online, Peyote is a special plant that allows you to transform into an animal for a limited time upon consumption. It’s inspired by the real-world Peyote cactus which is native to Mexico and southern parts of the United States. However, the Peyote plants can be difficult to spot as they’re very tiny and the game doesn’t even mention the exact locations where you can find them. Therefore, we’ve compiled this comprehensive GTA Online guide to help you find the locations of all the Peyote Plants in the game.

Where to find Peyote Plants in GTA Online

Peyote Plants are scattered across 76 different locations on the GTA Online map. While we can’t list every spot, we’ve marked all the exact locations of Peyote Plants in the above image for your convenience. Simply, start by approaching one of these locations and your gamepad will start vibrating when a Peyote Plant is nearby.

You will also hear the sound of the animal that the plant will turn you into when consumed. The plant has a tiny green base with white flowers on the top. Once you spot it, simply press the interaction button to eat the Peyote Plant. However, it’s worth noting that the plant doesn’t respawn once it has been picked up.

Once transformed into the animal, you will get access to unique movements and attacks depending on the animal you are. You can even attack other players and loot their items if they’ve disabled their passive mode.
