To find Metyr, Mother of Fingers, you should begin at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr Site of Grace. From there, you can go inside the Cathedral and use the throne, which will allow you to head down a ladder. You’ll find yourself in the Finger Ruins of Miyr, which is where you’ll find Metyr, Mother of Fingers.

If we’ve got one piece of advice on how to beat Metyr, Mother of Fingers in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, it’s to avoid using melee if possible. Magic players will have an easier time here, thanks to her penchant for using a lot of melee attacks during combat. If you can stay out of range, you’ll reduce the total amount of damage you can take. It’s not impossible with melee, but you’ll be making life much harder for yourself for next to no reason.

Phase two of this battle will prove extremely tough with any build. She has several different area-of-effect attacks, which makes it extremely difficult to avoid damage. As is standard, you can use something like Mimic Tear Ashes to reduce the number of attacks aimed at you.
