Light No Fire Release Date, Trailer, Details, and More

Light No Fire is a highly anticipated survival crafting, RPG, and action game that’s set to release later this year – it’s generating quite a lot of buzz, and that’s saying something with games like GTA 6 , Pokémon Legends: ZA, Mario Kart World, and Death Stranding 2 slated for release this calendar year.

Still, fans of RPG titles and survival crafting alike are eagerly awaiting this new title from Hello Games. And if you fall into that category, well you’ve come to the right place. Here’s what you need to know about Light No Fire:

Light No Fire Release Date

Light No Fire doesn’t yet have a planned release date specifically. However, it is expected to launch in late 2025 (quarter four most likely) or possibly slide into quarter one of 2026. By this time next year (Summer), the game should absolutely be out, though it’s impossible to say that with complete certainty. We’ll keep you updated with the latest info as it becomes available.

Light No Fire Platforms

For now, Light No Fire is exclusive to PC. It’s only available through Steam , so it won’t be found on the Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, or Nintendo eShop. Console availability has yet to be announced. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll never arrive on console, but it won’t be there when the game launches. In the event of a future console release, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2 are the most likely landing spots. That is not guaranteed, though.

Trailer

The announcement trailer from one year ago shows off what gamers can expect with this title. It shows off a massive open world for players to enjoy together in a multiplayer setting. It has so many different settings with impressive graphics. There are dragons and other animals, which suggests that it’s not based on the real world. Players are also seen building settlement-like homes, so it’s not exactly modern, either.

Light No Fire Details

The game from Hello Games falls into a wide variety of: adventure, survival, RPG, fighting game, and more. The game is designed to be about building, surviving, and playing together with tons of people. The planet is the size of Earth, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to set up camp. It is said to bring the depth of an RPG to the freedom categories of a sandbox game.

Jon

Soooo… Nothing and a garbage article

Got it

Brother

So nothing useful out of this post

Knobie

I’m excited to see if it holds up to the hype

JoeD

Wow, a literal nothing new article. You know, just because you can say something doesn’t mean you have to. Wait til something actually happens, then say something.

This is dumb

You offered nothing new, and just jumped on the hype. What you wrote is just regurgitated, from what everyone else has already done. This is nothing new

This is dumb

I was the first and second to comment just because of how dumb this was.

Uveal Pepper

Nothing new then about Light No Fire. Just Click Bait. Nice.

Legacy media sucks

Fucking clickbait….. Zero new information….. Going back to getting news from YouTubers

Clint Warsing

Well, if it’s not on console, then I’m out, I do not play PC games. Do not like guessing at what cards I need and what drivers I gotta download and then not knowing if I have the best looking picture that I can have, so console release or it’s a big no for me.

AlexUbel

There is no way Light No Fire comes out this year. It will be a miracle if it makes 2026.

Your mother

…telling my phone to not show me articles from this website again.
Articles with “release date” in the title that go on to state they don’t actually know, are a disrespectful waste of time, and probably one of the most annoying click bait trends.

Mudplayerx

Nice AI generated article that says nothing that hasn’t been said 500 times before

Greasyschmeat

Lazy fucking article. No new info has come out. Stop making clickbait bullshit.
