Marvel Rivals is the newest sensation for gamers worldwide, and one of the reasons behind its popularity is the wide range of heroes. From characters fans are familiar with from the MCU to a range of skins, the game has given plenty of reasons to stay hooked. Furthermore, to keep the excitement high, NetEase has been bringing new characters constantly. Therefore, if you are wondering who these are, here all the leaks regarding upcoming heroes in Marvel Rivals.

Marvel Rivals Upcoming Heroes: Full List (2025)

Since the launch of Marvel Rivals, quite a few heroes have been leaked. A significant reason for this is the game’s data miners. These are fans who go into the game’s source code to find any form of data that has been hidden concerning upcoming heroes. Currently, there are 33 playable heroes within Marvel Rivals.

Back in January 2025, five characters were leaked within the Marvel Rivals game data. Below is a list of them alongside their roles in the game:

Cyclops: TBD
Professor X: Strategist
Jia Jing: Strategist
Paste Pot Pete: Damage
Colossus: Vanguard
Locus: Strategist

Prior to this, we had seen reports of Ultron being leaked as a playable character in the game. In the first trailer of Marvel Rivals Season 2, these leaks were confirmed, and Ultron was showcased in them. Now, Ultron is slated to release in the game on May 31st.

According to a post by user X0X_LEAK on X, there are another 5 Heroes that have been leaked in the game files. Below is a list of them:

Forge
Hive
White Fox
Armor

The Release Dates Of These Heroes In Marvel Rivals

To be honest, the release date of these heroes hasn’t been announced yet. Other than Ultron, whose release date and in-game abilities have been leaked. Recently, on its YouTube channel, Marvel Rivals released a video titled: Dev Vision Vol. 05. Within this, the Creative Director of Marvel Rivals, Guangguang, states the following concerning hero releases in Marvel Rivals:

“After extensive internal discussions and thorough evaluation, we have decided that starting from Marvel Rivals Season 3, the seasons will shift to a 2-month-long format. Alongside that, a new hero will be debuting in the game each month.”

This means that after Marvel Rival season 2 ends in mid-July 2025, we will see a new hero every month. From August to December 2025, we will see five new heroes released within the game.
