Once Human Roadmap Offers Glimpse at Survival Game’s Future
Starry Studio has recently published a new Once Human roadmap on its Discord channel, offering players a glimpse at what they can expect from the future of the open-world survival game. After Once Human faced mixed reviews following data privacy issues, the game has since bounced back to become one of the most popular survival games on the market.

Once Human August 2024 Roadmap
The new Once Human roadmap hinted towards upcoming Scenarios for the game, with at least three arriving throughout the rest of 2024. The first of these is titled Prismverse’s Clash, which is set to release in September 2024. This will be followed with one more PvE Scenario later in the year, as well as another PvP one afterward. This means that there’s something for everyone’s tastes in the survival game genre.
These Scenarios are the gameplay theme of a particular server, with specific restrictions based on the ruleset. As part of the roadmap, Starry Studio claims the “plan is to release four new scenarios each year.” Content in each Scenario is unlocked gradually, ensuring that new stuff is always on the way in between bigger updates.
Players have to sign up for each new Scenario when they are released, creating a new character each time. However, progress on these characters is still retained after each Scenario is finished. This includes things like character cosmetics and materials. The Once Human roadmap provides details on how to sign up for these Scenarios when they are released, as well as the content you keep when moving from one to the other.
Sadly, the dates on the new Once Human roadmap don’t quite extend into 2025. It’s clear that the game will be well-supported, and is a great choice for players looking for the next solid open-world survival game to play.
