GRID Launches CS2 Rushzone, Daily Competitive Counter-Strike 2 Betting Product
GRID, the game data and technology platform, has announced the launch of CS2 Rushzone, a daily competitive Counter-Strike 2 matches product.
The product is the first to launch under GRID Bet, the company’s expanded betting division, which was established last month.

GRID stated that Rushzone combines odds, official data, live streaming, and widgets into a comprehensive solution tailored for sportsbooks. Bet365 is the first of the company’s partners to integrate the product onto its betting platform.
Tom Warburton, Chief Business Officer at GRID, commented, “CS2 Rushzone marks the beginning of a new chapter for GRID Bet.”
“It’s the first of several end-to-end products we’re rolling out this quarter, giving operators scalable access to official data, odds, streaming, and widgets, and delivering the consistent, high-quality content today’s bettors expect.”
CS2 Rushzone Aims to Keep Bettors Returning Daily
Through the product, bettors will be able to wager on over 500 professional-level matches per month. The company’s official site promotes the product to betting companies to “Deliver a constant stream of competitive CS2 action that keeps bettors returning daily.”
GRID said that Rushzone uses the same API as the company’s official data products, allowing operators to integrate it without any additional tech lift.
In addition to Counter Strike, the company said it will launch products in Dota 2, League of Legends, and VALORANT later this month.
GRID Capitalizing On Data Dominance
The expansion of GRID Bet follows the acquisition of Bayes Esports’ assets. Bayes went into liquidation earlier this year, leaving GRID as the dominant force in esports data.
The company has official partnerships with Riot Games, Ubisoft, BLAST, ESL FACEIT Group, and other esports rights holders.
Warburton, who is leading the GRID Bet division, stressed the importance of having official data to drive deals with sportsbooks. He said, ”Trading efficiency, accuracy of odds, live betting, and the breadth of the offering can only be unlocked with official data, especially in the digital world of esports, where the game server is the one source of truth.”
In addition to partnering with sportsbooks such as Bet365, GRID also offers its data to BETER. This week, BETER also announced a new partnership with FIRST. The partnership may also see GRID’s new product offered to bettors in Latin America, Africa, and Europe, where FIRST is concentrated.
For now, however, BETER stated that the deal would primarily focus on providing its own in-house products. The company has expanded its range of virtual sports contests to include eTennis, which complements its real sports offerings.
GRID is more firmly focused on official esports rather than virtual sports. Moritz Maurer, CEO and co-founder of GRID, said, “With GRID Bet, we are doubling down on the unique assets—official, live match data coming from our long-term, exclusive partnerships with the leading esports rights holders.”
