Betby Launches Help Arena to Streamline Partner Support
Betby has launched a new dedicated partner support hub, Help Arena, which aims to streamline the assistance for companies using its sports betting services.
The company announced the new service in a press release, noting that the centralized hub will allow partners to create tickets and manage services through the portal.
Kirill Zhgun, Head of Customer Support at Betby, commented, “Help Arena was developed to provide our partners with a seamless, efficient and transparent support experience,”
“We understand that convenience and clarity are key to productive partnerships, and Help Arena reflects our commitment to making support as streamlined and effective as possible.”

Betby Expanding Esports Portfolio
The company recently expanded its services to offer new esports games as part of a growing portfolio. It now has 22 sports that it provides to partners through Betby Games, with eKabbadi, eVolleyball, and eBoxing the latest additions.
The total number of virtual sports matches now generated by Betby is around 400,000 a month. The eBoxing addition will allow users to bet on fantasy matches that pit some of the world’s best modern fighters against greats from the past.
The addition of eKabbadi also looks to capitalize on the growth of esports in India. The country’s parliament passed a new bill (link to India article) this week that will further promote esports in the country.
However, the bill will also prohibit online gambling. It is therefore unlikely users will be able to place bets on eKabbadi matches powered by Betby, unless using alternative platforms.
Company Reports Growth Of 472% In H1
Betby Sportsbook reported revenue growth of 472% year-on-year in H1 2025. The number of active players across its partner network rose by 211%, with bets placed increasing 277%.
The company’s esports feed also grew substantially, up 153% for year-on-year revenue. This accounted for 14% of overall revenue for the company.
A press release reporting the results did not divulge the actual numbers, but the suggestion is the company is experiencing a period of rapid growth.
Leonid Pertsovskiy, Betby CEO, said: “H1 has been another important step forward for BETBY, with meaningful growth in both our sportsbook and esports verticals.
“We continue to innovate, scale, and support our partners’ ambitions by delivering products that perform, with Betby.Games’ performance demonstrating the underlying strength and potential of the vertical.”
The creation of the Help Arena looks to add infrastructure to support the company’s expansion. Pertsovskiy concluded by stating, “As we look ahead, we remain focused on accelerating growth across all areas.”
