Esports.net Re-Launch – The big day is here!
It’s finally time – the big day is here! We are ready to officially reveal our new and improved esports.net. After listening to many of your requests and comments, we’ve made some important changes to the site, as you can see!
Our new site is faster, simpler, and easier to navigate than ever before. You won’t lose out on any of the great content from our writers, but you will have an easier time finding the articles and pieces you are most interested in. You can select your favourite esports titles or have a look at the most recent news in the esports world as a whole.
Whatever it is you’re interested in, you can follow aspects like the latest news, tournaments and pro events, players, even streamers if you’d like. There are separate sections for just about every topic in the esports world, including betting and content creators. You’ll be able to find detailed information on players, matches, tournaments and more, both past events and upcoming ones in a variety of different esports, including CS:GO, Dota 2, Overwatch, Fortnite, PUBG, League of Legends, StarCraft II, Overwatch and more.
As a special new feature, we now also have a Wiki section, where everyone and anyone can contribute to the pages (much like on a wikipedia, but completely dedicated to esports games). This way, we are hoping to build a peer-reviewed, comprehensive knowledge-base that features the info and content that YOU are interested in! The articles and the content written in the wiki will be backed up by sources just like its big twin, so you can be sure that every fact, detail and statistic you find will be true. We only accept reputable and trustworthy sources to make sure that we can give you the best and most accurate content possible. This will be alongside our regular news and articles, which will continue as normal, of course.
We’ve decided to focus on what matters the most – providing great content to our readers and fans. Many of you have asked us to find data, quotas and power rankings for your favourite competitive games, so that’s exactly what we did! The new site is much more data-focussed, and jam-packed with interesting new content and features.
Our new site looks great on PCs and mobile devices, so don’t hesitate to visit the site no matter where you are and what you’re doing. Our new site comes complete with a visual re-design – we designed a new logo, colour scheme and all-round new layout for our site, so have a look around! If you have any comments or thoughts, we’d love to hear from you, so don’t hesitate to give us your feedback on our social media or the site itself in our comments section. Join the community today if you haven’t yet and interact with other passionate esports fans out there.
