Former Apex Legends Pro NiceWigg Becomes 100 Thieves Co-Owner
Apex Legends streamer and longtime creator Jack “NiceWigg” Martin has officially been named a co-owner of 100 Thieves.
The move marks a significant milestone for NiceWigg, who has been part of 100 Thieves’ creator roster since 2021 and has become one of the most recognizable personalities in the Apex scene.
100 Thieves made the announcement on social media with a simple message welcoming NiceWigg as a co-owner, while the creator followed up with his own post confirming the change in status.
From Apex Pro to 100T Ownership
Before rising as a full-time streamer, NiceWigg competed professionally in Apex Legends and was one of the earlier pioneers of the scene. After transitioning into content creation, he built a strong following through his coverage of the Apex Legends Global Series.
Since joining 100 Thieves, NiceWigg has become closely associated with the organisation’s Apex presence, helping bridge the gap between competitive play and content.
NiceWigg later explained on stream that as co-owner he has taken on a new role with the organization, as Head of Creator Culture and Talent Strategy.
His promotion to co-owner follows in the footsteps of Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter and Jack “CouRage” Dunlop, who were originally creators at 100 Thieves before being named co-owners alongside CEO and founder Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag.
This isn’t the only major change occurring at 100 Thieves currently, though, as they’ve also officially announced their new Counter-Strike 2 team, returning to the esport after a few years away with a roster made up of legendary talent and exciting new stars.
The news came just before an announcement that 100 Thieves are working with Crazy Raccoon for the ALGS Championship later in January, with their players operating under the name “Crazy Thieves.”
The roster – Noyan “Genburten” Ozkose, Josue “Phony” Ruiz, and 2023 world champion Evan “Verhulst” Verhulst – have been one of the top Americas teams this season and will be expecting to make their mark at the crowning event in Sapporo, Japan.
