Caedrel Fires Back at Movistar KOI Co-CEO Over LoL EMEA Masters “Trolling” Jab

Los Ratones fo-founder Marc “Caedrel” Lamont has publicly hit back at Movistar KOI co-CEO Adam “Grazen” Adamou, after the Spanish organization’s executive appeared to downplay Los Ratones’ competitive ambitions in League of Legends following their EMEA Masters exit.

Grazen had praised the success of Karmine Corp and Team Heretics’ academy teams for reaching the EMEA Masters Grand Final, commenting that the tournament “shouldn’t be about trolling or streaming but about developing talent for the region.”

The post was widely interpreted as a shot at Los Ratones — the streamer-created League of Legends team co-founded by Caedrel, Martin “Rekkles” Larsson, and Tim “Nemesis” Lipovšek, which will be competing in the LEC Winter Split in 2026.

Caedrel Calls Out “Sh*tty Take”

Caedrel, who has become one of Europe’s most popular League creators since retiring from professional play, was quick to respond.

“If this is related to LR and you think our year was about ‘trolling’, then you are the most far removed person in the scene once again,” he wrote. “Another terrible tweet of yours shows up on my timeline with an awful take about the current landscape of the scene in League. We gave it our absolute all this year, and for someone like you to come along with this sh*tty take is pathetic.”

While often framed as a content-focused roster, Los Ratones’ results tell a different story. The team dominated Europe’s tier-two circuit in 2025 — winning both EMEA Masters Winter and Spring, as well as every NLC split — before falling to Karmine Corp Blue in the semi-finals.

Movistar KOI co-founder Ibai Llanos later replied, telling Caedrel to “chill,” before clarifying that he admires the former pro and believes Los Ratones deserve a shot in the LEC. However, he also used the opportunity to air frustrations with Riot Games, claiming that partner organisations “have zero security in anything” despite heavy financial investment in franchise slots.

Grazen has not responded to the ongoing drama around the situation, with his original post being his last on Twitter/X following the culmination of the matches.
