Here’s what you need to know about the CBLOL Split 2 playoffs, which will determine the Brazilian representative at Worlds 2024.

The CBLOL 2024 Split 1 is the sixth split of Brazil’s professional League of Legends under partnership and it will be the last one before the unification of the Americas League starting in 2025. The top six teams from the regular split will compete to determine the last Brazilian champion and the representative at Worlds 2024.
Below is the list of the organizations taking part in the CBLOL Split 2 Playoffs:
The six teams will compete in a double elimination bracket where the top two teams receive a bye to the second round. All matches will be Bo5, with the winner becoming the CBLOL representative in Europe later this year, and more than €20,000 euros in prizepool.
The CBLOL Split 2 Playoffs started on Saturday, August 3, and will end with the final match on Saturday, September 7 at 18:00 CET.
Following a feisty playoff bracket, only two teams are left standing for the Brazilian championship: Vivo Keyd Stars and paiN Gaming. These two were the top teams throughout the entire split so it’s not a surprise to see them at the last final match.
The two already met in the upper bracket as paiN Gaming took down their opponents with a convincing 3-1 record. Vivo Keyd Stars, on the other hand, fought their way back to a final, taking a win against Red CANIDS in a close 5-game series.
Going into the final match, paiN Gaming is probably the slightly favored team. That said, two weeks of preparation before the final are enough for a team like Vivo Keyd Stars, who are led by former Rogue coach SeeEl, to show up in strong form.
