League of Legends has released the Spirit Blossom cinematic for the new season: here are all the champions featured in the video.

Which champions were featured in the Spirit Blossom LoL 2025 cinematic?

Riot Games has unveiled the new cinematic that will kick off the new season at the end of April. With Ionia being the main theme this time around, the next chapter of the Spirit Blossom Saga saw a series of characters, including a new champion on the horizon.

Ashe is from Freljord and not from Ionia, but she is one of the champions who are set to receive a new Spirit Blossom skin, thus the feature in the video where she was releasing her E ability with her arrows.
Irelia is THE Ionian champion, it’s not surprising to see Irelia being featured in the cinematic with her new Spirit Blossom skin.
Ivern has a small easter egg in the video as Ivern and Daisy were spotted in one of the trailer’s transitions.
Lux was already confirmed in a leak, and will receive her Prestige skin and also made an appearance in her new looks in the video.
Morgana was shown running away from some flying swords, and a statue represented her in the present day, meaning she might not be alive anymore.
Nidalee appeared in her cougar form in the trailer, which means she is expected to be one of the upcoming Spirit Blossom characters.
Shen was featured watching over its village with a cup of tea in his hand as a breeze of wind passed by. It’s unclear what role he might have within the season.
Xin Zhao was the main character of the entire cinematic. At the end of the video, he touches a dark lotus, hinting at the second Noxian invasion and the danger that is approaching Ionia.

New character – rumored to be Yunara

In the cinematic, we also got a glimpse of the new character coming to the game. According to leaks, her name is Yunara, and she is expected to be a support enchanter champion. Stay tuned for more information on League of Legends and other game titles.
