LoL legacy skins are only obtainable through Hextech Crafting and chests. While playing League of Legends, you will earn chests that will give you skins, blue essence, ward skins, and more.

To unlock them, you need a hextech key. How to get keys in League of Legends, you wonder? Easy – just play the game and rank up your LoL honor level, you’ll get many key fragments in no-time.
To acquire a key, you must combine three key fragments that’ll make up on hextech key. Once you have the key, click on the chest you want to open and use the key. You’ll then most likely receive your random skin reward.
