KT Rolster Replaces Their Bot Lane in Most Controversial LCK 2026 Roster Move
In what is arguably the biggest head-scratcher of the League of Legends off-season, KT Rolster opted to get rid of their bot lane after making it to the Worlds 2025 Grand Finals, only to pick up two support players (one of whom just roleswapped) and Kim “Aiming” Ha-ram, one of the most controversial players in the LCK.
Seeing the opportunity to swoop in and pick up some of the best LCK talent, DN Freecs have already grabbed both Seo “deokdam” Dae-gil and Jeong “Peter” Yoon-su to keep the duo together.
While deokdam had a rough showing in the Grand Finals, every other match he was in at Worlds 2025 was stellar. Peter, meanwhile, finally got on a good roster after spending years on Nonghsim RedForce and earned the chance to show what he’s made of.
Now, KT has moved on to sign support Oh “Pollu” Dong-yu and World-winning ADC Jang “Ghost” Yong-jun as a second support player. They’ve also picked up Aiming, a potentially strong player with no shortage of controversy.

KT gets bot lane downgrade after making Worlds 2025 Finals
KT Rolster was certainly an underdog team going into Worlds 2025, with three of the five players on the team being benched at some point in 2025. Peter and deokdam were both on that list, but they leveled up massively in the later parts of the year and delivered when it mattered most.
Now they’re starting from scratch with a new bot lane. The most promising signing is Ghost, a 2020 World Champion ADC player who’s played with Gwak “Bdd” Bo-seong in the past and is roleswapping to support. Ghost was always known as a vocal ADC with good weakside play that was more about being consistent than carrying games, so support could be a good role for him.
Pollu, the second support they’re signing, has spent his entire professional career with OK BRION, who appear to be eyeing up huge upgrades this offseason. And, while the team didn’t overall have great results, that doesn’t exactly mean that Pollu is a bad player. After all, Yoon ‘Delight’ Hwan-joong got his big break on BRION before he was on Gen.G and HLE, and he’s widely considered one of the best support players in the world right now.
Aiming is the third player signed for the ADC role, and while he’s on par with deokdam in terms of skill level, there’s also been a fan outcry after his signing.
For those unaware, Aiming admitted to having an “intimate relationship” with an underage fan who was 15 years old. Although he remains a highly valued prospect in the LCK, this is a dealbreaker for many people and has led to some KT Rolster fans seeking alternative teams to root for.
It remains to be seen if KT’s new bot lane setup turns out to be an improvement, but right now it looks like the biggest downgrade of the 2025 off-season and a move KT fans aren’t exactly thrilled about.
