LCS Mid Lane Power Rankings – 2024 Spring Split
5. Mask
While Immortals didn’t have a great split last time out, Mask has recorded above average stats in many departments, showing that the guy was still performing well despite the result. High damage% and CS/min show that Mask knows how to take resources and convert them when necessary. Things might not look too bright for IMT in summer, but Mask is one to watch out for.
4. Quid
I wasn’t too sold on Quid last split based on how he performed in 2023 but I was happy to be proven wrong. It seems like the guy has found his groove, scoring the second-highest KDA and highest kill participation among mids. He also had the second-highest number of solo kills (9), showing that Quid is on the rise.
3. Jensen
Jensen was supposed to be higher on the list but his performance at MSI wasn’t one of the greatest. He is getting replaced on FlyQuest but should be joining DIG for the summer split. With a strong roster alongside him, he should still be able to be a front runner in the LCS. He won’t be the crème de la crème, but he compensates for that with consistency and most importantly, experience.
2. APA
APA really proved to everyone that he’s not just a one-trick player anymore, especially at MSI. In a meta where mid lane champions were getting constantly pinched, he would always find a way around it and lead the team to success. His consistency has gone up and we should expect him to be among the best-performing players in summer as well.
1. jojopyun
Even though C9 didn’t make it to MSI, jojopyun is still at the top of this list. The Canadian mid laner has been leading the individual metrics in the role, showing that the guy was still contributing positively to the team. We should expect him to keep up a similar form going into summer, especially now that C9 has been adjusting things with the hopes of making it to Worlds.
