League of Legends Tier 3 boots in 2025 season Explained

The 2025 League of Legends season will be close to revolutionary: here’s what you need to know about the introduction of the Noxus-themed Tier 3 boots.

Tier 3 boots to be added to League of Legends in 2025

LoL S1 is coming with substantial changes to Summoner’s Rift. Aside from the new Epic Monster, Atakhan, and new Nexus Turrets that respawn, Riot is also bringing more upgrades to boots, giving rise to Tier 3 specs.

They are going to be enhanced versions of their two ones, which can be bought upon having two legendary items and winning Feats of Strength (getting two out of the following three objectives: First blood, first tower, or first to kill 3 epic monsters).

While the changes are yet to be finalized, here is the information on the current Tier 3 boots available on the LoL Public Beta Environment (PBE) server.

All the new Upgraded Boots for 2025

Swiftmarch (Boots of Swiftness)

+75 Move Speed
Fleetfooted: Reduce effectiveness of slows by 25%
Noxian Fervor: gain 5% total MS.

Gunmetal Greaves (Berserker’s Greaves)

+40% Attack Speed
+50 Move Speed,
Noxian Gait: attacks against champions grant 10% MS on-hit decaying over 2 seconds.

Forever Forward (Synchronized Souls)

+55 Move Speed
Voidborn: gain empowered Recall
Noxian Synchrony: gain 45 MS and 10% total MS when out of combat

Chainlaced Crushers (Mercury’s Treads)

+30 Magic Resist
+50 Movement speed
+30% Tenacity
Noxian Persistence: after taking magic damage from a champion, gain a magic shield for 4 seconds (12 seconds cooldown).

Spellslinger’s Shoes (Sorcerer’s Shoes)

+19 Magic Penetration
+10% Magic Penetration
+50 MS

Crimson Lucidity (Ionian Boots of Lucidity)

+25 Ability Haste
+50 MS
Ionian Insight: Gain 10 Summoner Spell Haste
Noxian Haste: Empowering or protecting allies with abilities, dealing damage to enemy champions with abilities, or casting a Summoner Spell grants 8% MS for 4 seconds

Armored Advance (Plated Steelcaps)

+35 Armor
+50 MS
Plating: Reduces incoming damage from attacks by 12%
Noxian Endurance: After taking physical damage from a champion, gain a physical shield for 4 seconds (12 seconds cooldown)

When will the new League of Legends Tier 3 boots go on the live servers?

The new Tier 3 boots are set to go live with the release of the League of Legends patch 25.S1.1 on January 8, 2024.
