2024 was the year of the dragon, so there is no better way to start the new year than by releasing a dragon-themed skin line, and Riot just did that. Even though it’s not a new skin line, the devs will bring back the Dragonmancer skins with new champions.
Considering there are quite a few Dragonmancer champions out there, we only got four champions in this release:
There was also the first Prestige skin of the new 2024 season, which went to Rakan. This was the second time Rakan got a skin without its pairing Xayah after Riot mentioned its intention to push individual aspects going forward.

The Dragonmancer skin line dropped when the first patch of the new season went live in 2024. With that in mind, the release date was on January 9, 2024. They came with one of the greatest overhauls to the game in the past few years, including a revamped item system, a new map transformation with the Void drake, and the Hwei. Given the massive amount of changes, it was an explosive start to the new year
Considering all skins are categorized as Epic, each has a cost of 1350 RP. The Prestige skin for Rakan has a price of 100 Mythic Essence, and it should be available in the Mythic shop once the skins are live. No legendary skins (1820 RP) were released this time around.
