LoL Infernal Skins 2024 – Riot brought back a former skinline
Riot Games announced the champions who received this skin line. Often considered a “filler” skin line by the community, Infernal skins still had some great-looking aspects on some champions. Let’s go over the ones that were released in 2024.
Champions and release date
After the big number of skin releases in 2024 with the MSI event, Riot only brought a total of three champions into the Infernal skin line. Having a reduced number of skins was expected, as it’s a common pattern whenever big events happen before or after. Nonetheless, it’s been a while since the skin line made it to a patch update (the last one dates back to 2020).
The three champions receiving the skin are going to be:
- Infernal Ashe
- Infernal Karma
- Infernal Olaf
This time around, there weren’t any legendary skins, as all three skins were epic tiers and dropped to live servers with the launch of LoL Patch 14.11, which in May 30, 2024.
Infernal skins – pricing
Given that all three skins were epic tiers, the pricing for each skin was 1350 RP, so it wasn’t too expensive. We expected Riot to work on future bigger events, just like they did with the Summer event 2023, which not only brought the Soul Fighter skins but most importantly, the launch of the 2v2 game mode, LoL Arena.
