To support Clancy’s basic and Super, you need to pay attention to what Gadget, Star Power, and Gears you use with him. His Gadget is known as Snappy and helps collect more tokens for the next five seconds, which in turn helps him upgrade in the middle of a match. This Gadget can be used for his Basic as well as Super Attack.
The next Gadget that can be used with Clancy is Tactical Retreat. When this is used, Clancy dashes towards or away from the enemies and stuns them for a while. This becomes useful when he has to recharge his ammo.
Star Power: Recon
When this is used, it gives Clancy three free tokens at the beginning of the match. It takes Clancy’s attacks beyond the first stage and then he has to start collecting tokens for the next two stages. It’s most useful in modes that give the first upgrade a certain advantage.
The next Star Power is Pumping Up. It fully reloads Clancy’s paintballs as soon as he is able to defeat a Brawler in the game. Clancy’s Gears have not been revealed yet. It’s likely that they will release with the Starr Trophy on August 1, 2024.
If you have just received Clancy from the game and are trying him out, be sure to be continuously moving back and forth in the game. This way, you will be able to damage more enemies since his paintballs don’t have splash damage.
Considering that Clancy is a Mythic Brawler, it’s likely to be an S-tier Brawler in Brawl Stars’ tier list.
