BGMI 120 FPS Supported Devices List & How To Enable

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has finally received the 120 FPS support. However, not every smartphone is capable of running the game at the higher frame rate because the feature is currently limited to flagship devices only. So, here’s a look at the complete list of smartphones that can run BGMI at 120 FPS and how you can turn on this feature.

Here’s the list of smartphones that can officially run BGMI at 120FPS:

  • iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max
  • Nubia Z50
  • Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
  • Xiaomi 14
  • Xiaomi 14 Ultra
  • Xiaomi 13
  • iPad Pro starting from 2020
  • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5
  • Nubia Z60 Ultra
  • Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus
  • Samsung Galaxy S23
  • OnePlus 12
  • OnePlus 11
  • iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max
  • Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus
  • iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max
  • iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max

The above list mainly features flagship devices from leading brands like Samsung, Apple, and Xiaomi. Just like PUBG Mobile, Samsung tablets do not currently support the 120 FPS option in BGMI, meaning you won’t be able to experience higher frame rates on larger screens as of this writing. However, there’s a possibility that devices with a 120Hz refresh rate will get the 120 FPS option in future updates.

Follow these instructions to enable 120 FPS in Battlegrounds Mobile India:

  • Download the BGMI 3.5 update from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Boot up the game after updating it.
  • Head to the Settings menu from the top right corner of your screen.
  • Navigate to the Graphics & Audio tab.
  • Select Ultra Extreme under the Frame Rate section.
  • Make sure to adjust the FPS slider to max to get 120 FPS.

However, it’s worth noting that your graphics quality will automatically be set to Smooth to achieve higher frame rates during gameplay. Moreover, playing the game at 120 FPS can cause your smartphone to heat up since the GPU needs to work harder to generate more frames. It’s best to avoid playing while your device is plugged in as this could damage your hardware in the long run.
