Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) has been one of the most popular games in India. It is a regionalized version of the popular mobile game PUBG Mobile. This year will be the third anniversary of the game. For this event, new in-game features are being announced in BGMI. The next major update in BGMI is the 3.2 Update, with many new skin spins and features announced in the game. In this article, let’s look at all the latest features and what fans can expect.

What are the features in the BGMI 3.2 Update?

Krafton India announces each update uniquely. A podcast accompanies each major update. For the BGMI update 3.2, the announcement video featured some of the best esports players in India, including Omega, Manya, and Saumraj. The update will be released on May 29 at 5:30 AM IST. Below is a list of all features announced for the update:

Gold Spin is coming

The first feature that has been announced is none other than Gold Spin. This spin edition will consist of 3 skin variants in the game. The first skin is known as the Lover’s Blessing Set. This skin set consists of two unique character skins in the game and a weapon skin. The other skin in the spin is known as the Reverse Neon set. The skin will consist of a unique character known as dubious Cyber Cat. The skin set will also consist of a weapon skin and other cosmetics.

The last skin bundle in the Gold spin is the Mercury Soldier Set. Referring to the main character in the movie Terminator, the character is covered with metal all over their body. Skins are also available for a backpack, a weapon, and a 4x scope.

Shelby Car Crate rewards with a car skin

The following inclusion in BGMI is the new Shelby Car Crate. This will be a car skin that players can unlock in the game. Players can also change the color of the car based on their preferences. Currently, a red and a white variant is stated to be released. For car enthusiasts, this car has many similarities to the Pagani Zonda. Players can unlock this skin using 900 coupons within the game.

BGMI Update 3.2 brings Royal Pass RPA7

The next feature to be added in the BGMI 3.2 update is the new battle pass in the game. Krafton India has taken steps this season to ensure the community can unlock more. Within this royal pass, after players reach level 30, additional materials will be unlocked in the game. There will also be additional missions that players can complete under the section known as quantum edge in BGMI.

Mecha Fusion Theme Mode in BGMI 3.2 Update

The significant new addition in the BGMI 3.2 update is none other than the much-rumored Mecha Fusion Theme Mode. Within BGMI, players will have Mechas that they can control, which looks similar to those in Titanfall. All the Mechas in the game can be spawned from the location on the map known as Steel Ark. Three types of Mechas will be introduced in this update. Two of them are currently confirmed in Leviatron and Strydar.

Leviatron is a Mecha that also allows players to fly in the air. Once inside the suit, players can fly all over the map. Once inside the Mecha, players will not lose any health, as the Mecha will absorb it, but it will break once its health is over. Strydar is the other Mecha in the game that can launch missiles in a targeted area on the map.

Magnetic Gun: The next feature within the Mecha Fusion Theme is the Magnetic Gun. Players can use this gun to pick up and launch various elements, such as cars and rocks.
Jetpack: The game has also reintroduced the Jetpack feature, which allows players to quickly pick up and fly around the map.
Self-rescue kit: The last feature added within the game mode is the Self Rescue kit. Using this kit, players can revive themselves once knocked down.
Respawn flare: The Respawn flare gun is another feature in the upcoming Mecha Fusion game mode. Using this weapon, players can respawn their teammates at the exact location from where the flare was launched. This will allow players to be as close as possible to the team as they are respawned into the game.
Helicopter: BGMI Update 3.2 has also introduced a helicopter in the game. This vehicle will allow players to travel from base to base.

BGMI 3 Year Anniversary Crate

Battlegrounds Mobile India will be three years old in July this year. Due to this, Krafton India’s CEO Sean Sohn has announced that a new third-anniversary crate will be launched in BGMI with Update 3.2. The game reportedly has five new skins and a new Psychophase skin set.

BGMI will also release a Dragon Ball Super Priza Path. Within this, players can unlock skins of famous Dragon Ball characters like Goku, Vegito, and Gohan. There is a lot to be excited for in the upcoming BGMI 3.2 update, which is slated to launch on May 29th.
