As we approach the launch of COD Mobile Season 7, titled “Eternal Ghost,” Activision has released a comprehensive set of balance changes. A lot of significant updates and changes are coming to various weapons, operator skills, and scorestreaks.

Surprisingly, the latest BP50 Assault Rifle added in season 6 did not receive any nerf, breaking Activision’s usual practice to balance overpowered new weapons with every following update. Although the patch notes are subject to change till official release, here’s a detailed breakdown of the changes players can expect.

COD Mobile Season 7 Patch Notes (2024) Weapon Adjustments

Assault Rifles:
- M13: Upper chest and arms damage multipliers increased from 1x to 1.06x.
- Peacekeeper Mk2: Damage range extended from 13.5-23-40 to 13.5-26-40.
- LK-24: Bullet impact enhanced from 1 (0.6) to 1.3 (1); base ADS bullet spread reduced.
- EM2: No specific changes noted beyond what’s been discussed in the community.
- FFAR-1: Upper arms multipliers increased from 1x to 1.17x.
- AS VAL: Base bullet speed increased from 450 m/s to 550 m/s; hit flinch reduced.
- AK-117: ADS movement speed increased; damage slightly enhanced.
- FR 5.56: ADS time decreased; bullet impact increased.
- ASM-10, ICR-1, Man-0-War, DR-H: Various bullet impact and damage range adjustments to enhance their effectiveness at range.
Light Machine Guns (LMGs):
- MG42: Decrease in damage in Battle Royale mode; specifics adjusted for clarity.
- Hades: Hit flinch decreased; Crossbar attachment ADS bullet spread debuff reduced.
Submachine Guns (SMGs):
- PP-19 Bizon: Base ADS bullet spread decreased; Large Caliber Ammo attachment no longer reduces damage range.
- MAC-10: Chest damage multiplier increased.

Adjustments to Operator Skills, Scorestreaks, and Perks

Death Machine: Increased body part multipliers for upper and lower arms.
Gravity Spikes: Recharge speed slightly increased.
Munitions Box and Misdirection Device: Recharge speeds and activation energies adjusted for better utility.
Shock RC: Activation score increased.
Fast Recover Perk: Recovery rate increased from 35% to 40%.

Miscellaneous:

Adjustments in ADS (Aim Down Sight) times and bullet spread for various weapons to refine the gameplay experience.
Several weapons have seen modifications to their damage output and range capabilities to better balance the in-game meta.
