Does Delta Force Mobile Have Controller Support?
Delta Force Mobile launched globally on April 21, 2025. And while it’s brought a lot of heat with cross-progression between mobile and PC, there’s one big question many players have been asking—can you play it with a controller on mobile? Here’s the answer.

Delta Force Mobile Controller Support Status
Delta Force Mobile doesn’t support Bluetooth or wired controllers on either iOS or Android. Try connecting a gamepad, and it just won’t respond. This has left a chunk of the community, especially players who rely on gamepads for accessibility, a bit frustrated.
You might be tempted to try third-party mapping apps, but that’s a risky move. Using those could get your account flagged or banned.
Developer’s Stance
Ricky Liao, design director at Team Jade, mentioned that controller support for mobile is something they’ve looked into, but they’re being cautious. He said it has to fit it into their whole “play fair” vision, so no one’s getting an unfair advantage.
They have been testing gamepads internally, especially for the upcoming console version. But for now, mobile is being left out of the controller party. And as for a timeline, sadly, nothing has been confirmed.
Alternatives and Workarounds
If you are a PC players accessing through Steam, there’s good news—you can use a controller there. You just need to head into the Steam Input settings and configure it however you like.
Steam Deck users can do the same thing, though heads up: the experience isn’t perfect. Some players have complained that aim assist doesn’t work right, and movement feels off. Still, it is something, especially if you’re not a fan of touchscreen controls.
But before you jump ship, make sure your PC meets Delta Force System Requirements and Recommendations.
In a few dev updates and Q&As, TiMi Studio has hinted that controller support might come in a future update. So, for now, Delta Force Mobile is still a touch-screen-only game. But fingers crossed, that could change soon.
I 100% agree with no controller. Being touch screen vs controller is like Mike Tyson and a real fight with Logan Paul. Which is being absolutely pulverized (Mike Tyson would clearly annihilate Logan Paul). Aside from a YouTube star who only fights old men. Cod Warzone mobile matches touch screen vs controller. Regardless of aim assist or not. It’s completely unfair. Clearly a skill issue if you gotta go against touch screen players while you use controller. Also the Cronus Zen losers can use scripts on mobile so. Good move Delta Force! Your game will be loved as you won’t make the same mistakes other mobile games made. If you got a phone that can run this game obviously you got some form of money so buy a PC and use your controller there as it just added controller support.
Its 2025, if you don’t have a controller. Don’t play. All phones work with a controller and not a single person on the planet who can afford a phone can’t afford a controller. Period.
Not everyone can use the 6 finger claw mode so we are at a disadvantage against those that can. controller helps even the playing field
It is complete bull shit. Android players use 3rd software to play with controller…And u can also play with M/K. So since start is this game full off ‘’cheaters’’. Unbalanced and unfair…So without contoller support since start is this game failing like rest…There is not a single one mobile game witch survived without controller…..This is end off DF lol
I’m trying to connect my Ps5 controller to my iPad to play delta force and have been waiting but never works ?
