Everything about the Free Fire Content Star 2024
The Content Star program was only open to players from Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Aspiring creators who registered were able to receive professional guidance on content creation through intensive workshops. To select the best, there was also a final voting contest.
More than 220 participants received a share of the prize pool, which stood at over $1 million. This included cash prizes, in-game items, and a trip to Free Fire esports events.
The categories for creators included video on demand, shorts, and livestreams. The creators in the livestream category could also win additional rewards by creating content around the ongoing FFWS SEA Fall 2024.
This time, the finals of the FFWS SEA Fall took place in Indonesia, where creators from the Content Star program were able to attend.
Besides this, there was also something for fans who weren’t creators. They could catch entertainment in the Content Star program through Indonesia’s Act and Record content, Thailand’s Free Fire Idol, and a Free Fire reality show in Vietnam.
Free Fire, released in late 2017, has grown to become one of the biggest mobile battle royale titles. One of the reasons for this was the evolved esports scene for the game. The FFWS 2024 ran with its fall season in different regions. The top teams from there advanced to the FFWS Global Finals, which were set to happen in Brazil.
