Honor of Kings Regional Leagues – opening a path from grassroots to professional

Starting this year, the Regional Leagues will give new teams the chance to qualify for the league through the Open Series Split 3, with no rank restrictions. For this split, the number of players who signed up for the competition hit over 150,000, according to a release. Details on Open Series Split 4 are set to be announced soon.

The top teams from each regional league will then head to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the Esports World Cup, with a chance to win a massive prize pool. While the exact amount is yet to be confirmed, last year’s Honor of Kings tournament featured one of the highest prize pools in the event, reaching over $3 million.
