MOONTON is marking its 10th anniversary with a lot of events in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and the latest one includes a giveaway of a new elite skin for Chip, called the Badlands Hiatus. Players can get the skin completely free of cost by participating in the ongoing event and completing daily and login tasks.
Before we get into how to get the skin easily, MOONTON was founded back in 2014 and initially released a tower-defense game called Magic Rush: Heroes a year later. The company’s shot to success, however, came with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), released in 2016. At the time, its low requirements, coupled with a competitive title, made it a huge success, especially in Southeast Asia (SEA). Now, the MLBB Player Count stands at millions.

The Badlands Hiatus giveaway event in MLBB will run for about 16 days. Therefore you have time until nearly the end of the month to unlock it.
To get the skin, you need to collect Crunchy Cookies. These can be earned through daily tasks and login milestones. The daily tasks are pretty simple, and reward you with Crunchy Cookies for playing matches.
The login milestones, on the other hand, reward you with a few Crunchy Cookies everyday that you login into the game. Make sure to head over to the events page to claim your Crunchy Cookies.
Once you reach 180 Crunchy Cookies, you can unlock the Chip ‘Badlands Hiatus’ elite skin for free in MLBB. Besides this, you will also be able to unlock other rewards through this event.
MLBB is known to give continuous events to players to keep them hooked into the game. Besides the Badlands Hiatus giveaway, a collaboration with Star Wars is also set to launch soon, bringing more skins to the game. Although, these will likely cost Diamonds to purchase.
