The King Of Fighters is a fighting game series that dates back to 1994. The game was first launched for the Neo Geo console with the cooperation of SNK. Since then the game has had multiple visions of being released for all consoles worldwide. The latest version of the game is The King Of Fighters XV, released in 2022.
Since the launch of MLBB, the game has added many heroes. For each of these heroes, there are a plethora of skins available in-game for players. These can be purchased using the in-game currency diamonds. In the past, the game has collaborated with the Italian bike company Ducati and even anime like Hunter X Hunter.
Back in 2019, MLBB first collaborated with the King of Fighters franchise. During this collaboration, characters from King of Fighters, like Athena Asamiya, Iori Yagami, and Leona, were available as skins of Guinevere, Chou, and Karina, respectively, in MLBB. Since then, a total of 9 King of Fighters new skins have been added to the game.
As the collaboration skins might now look outdated, MLBB revamped some of them in 2025. The King Of Fighters X MLBB event will go live on Feb.17 worldwide.
To celebrate this, the game has announced an event with a draw. Players who complete a 10X draw in the game will receive the KOF Karina “Leona” skin guarantee. Each skin has received new recall, ideal, and random movement animations in the game. Additionally, players can now unlock new battle emotes within the MLBB during this event.
Recently, the fan-favorite hero Hanzo received a major rework on his skills and ultimate within MLBB. The hero now has a passive skill in the game.
