If you want to use Moe, the blind rat in the game, you must unlock it. For now, he is not available for players who are free to play. Here are the two ways you can unlock Moe in Brawl Stars.
The new brawler is available on Starr Road. When you select him in the game, you will see that he uses his maintenance tools in the fights. To get him, you will have to spend 349 gems to unlock Moe in the game. These gems will have to be bought with real life money.

The second way to get your hand on Moe is to purchase him directly from the shop. You will have to buy the Moe bundle, which gives you a lot of other in-game cosmetics like pins, Monterey Moe skin, 40 Gems, and 4,000 Coins. Keep in mind that the skin will cost 29 gems.
