When will 120 FPS come to BGMI?

Krafton recently released the 3.2 Update into Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). While the update was highly anticipated, one feature that many users were looking out for was the 120 FPS, which was released into PUBG Mobile with Update 3.2. However, when the new version arrived at BGMI, the 120 FPS feature was nowhere to be found even on high-end devices.

This has led to a lot of backlash from fans who were eagerly waiting to play the BR title on a higher frame rate. In this article, we will take a look at when 120 FPS support will launch into BGMI.

When will 120 FPS come to BGMI?

Krafton hasn’t revealed the release date for the 120 FPS feature into BGMI.

Currently, BGMI supports up to 90 FPS on only a small list of supported devices. This is because playing on a higher frame rate demands a lot of hardware and can only be supported by a few phones.

However, the lack of 120 FPS in BGMI isn’t the biggest surprise. India is a developing region and only a small number of users have a device that can run the game on even 90 FPS, let alone have a device that can support 120 FPS. As a result, it seems Krafton hasn’t prioritized this feature in the new update.

Usually, all the content in the PUBG Mobile update comes to BGMI as well. This time was an exception, though. Regardless, most BGMI users have found the 3.2 Update disappointing and have been voicing their opinions on the socials for BGMI.

This isn’t particularly due to the lack of the 120 FPS feature, although that must have contributed a little bit to the backlash, but also due to the overall content in the new update.

Nonetheless, Krafton will likely add the 120 FPS feature in future updates. The supported devices list will be the same as PUBG Mobile.
