How to get drops
You can always put some cash in to buy Rocket League credits and raid the Item Store. But, if you don’t want to spend anything and still get some free loot, you can do that with Drops.
There are two main ways that you can earn drops in Rocket League. The first method is by completing challenges, both the seasonal and weekly challenges. You can earn one Special Drop every week by completing weekly challenges, and three Special Drops per stage of the Season challenges.
You can also earn an extra Special Drop, Deluxe Drop and Import Drop if you complete 22 Free Season challenges before the end of the season.
