The Rarest Car in Rocket League
The endless possibilities to customize your car is one of the many reasons why Rocket League is such a unique and special game. With so many different cars to choose from, let’s take a look at the rarest car in Rocket League.
What is the Rarest Car in Rocket League?
The Titanium White Dominus is the rarest car in Rocket League.

Specifically, a Titanium White Dominus with the Turtle, Acrobat, Juggler or Show-off certification is the rarest car in the game.
The Titanium White Octane car body is also a contender for the rarest car in Rocket League, however because the Titanium White Octane has been available for a longer period of time, it’s not quite as rare as the Dominus.

How to Get Rare Cars in Rocket League
Since the removal of trading, players can no longer simply buy or trade for rare cars, or any other rare Rocket League items, meaning the only way to obtain them is through opening drops or waiting to find these rare cars in the item shop.
The Titanium White Octane will occasionally appear in the shop, with the latest appearance being in December 2023, available to be purchased for 800 credits.
What are the Rarest Items in Rocket League?
Alpha rewards are a collection of items that were only given to players that played the alpha test version of Rocket League in 2014, making these items the rarest in the game and much harder to obtain than the rarest car in Rocket League.
Alpha rewards include the Gold Nugget antenna, Gold Cap topper, Goldstone wheels, and the well-known Gold Rush boost (also referred to as “Alpha Boost”).

Before trading was removed, these items were worth thousands of dollars, since they can no longer be received in-game and only a very limited number of them exist.
However, the White Hat topper is also a contender for the rarest item in Rocket League. This topper can only be acquired through finding glitches or exploits that could break the game. Because finding game-breaking bugs can be very difficult, and the opportunity to do so does not come often, this topper is also extremely rare.
Platform Exclusive Car Designs
There are some cars that are only available on certain platforms.
Xbox One players have access to two platform exclusive cars, called the Armadillo, which can be unlocked by completing a season in single-player Season Mode, and the Hogsticker, which can be unlocked by playing one match with every “common” car body.
Nintendo Switch players have access to the Mario NSR and Luigi NSR, as well as Samus’ Gunship. The Mario and Luigi cars are automatically available simply by playing Rocket League on Nintendo Switch, and Samus’ Gunship can be unlocked by playing matches.
The Mario NSR can only be used on the orange team, and the Luigi NSR can only be used on the blue team.
Lastly, for Playstation 4 Rocket League Players, the Sweet Tooth car body is available, and can be unlocked by playing one match with every common body.
