Betting on Riot Games’ 2XKO Goes Live Through Data.bet at 2 NICE KO in France

Data.Bet has launched 2XKO betting. The sports betting solution supplier debuted its markets on the Riot Games title at the 2 NICE KO tournament in France at the weekend.

In a company statement, Data.Bet said its coverage will initially focus on key pre-match markets, including overall tournament outcomes like winner and To Reach the Final, as well as individual match winners.

It plans to expand the range of markets during the final stages of competitions, offering Map Winner markets for each map.

Bogdan Holovnov, Head of Esports at DATA.BET said, “Esports thrives on creativity and innovation, and 2XKO is the perfect example of how new formats can drive excitement for players and bettors alike.

“At DATA.BET, we’re proud to be the first to bring this to market — giving our partners exclusive access to content that captures the speed, intensity, and global appeal of fighting games. This launch reinforces our commitment to expanding esports betting with fresh, high-impact experiences.”

Riot Games Building Anticipation For Full Release

2XKO entered early access on October 7 for PC, with the full release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S planned for a future date.

Riot Games has been building anticipation for the release of the fighting game that features League of Legends characters. Over the summer, the developer announced Vi as one of the characters in the game and the full roster is now public knowledge.

It is being developed as a free-to-play game by Riot Games, making it accessible to players at no initial cost.

The game will follow a model similar to other Riot titles, with monetization coming from optional cosmetic items, battle passes, and other similar content, rather than charging for characters or core gameplay

Data.Bet Expands Through Pragmatic Play Partnership

The announcement follows Data.Bet partnering with Pragmatic Play last month. The supplier will now have access to 2XKO in addition to Data.Bet’s odds feed and services for other titles, including, Counter-Strike, Dota 2, EA Sports FC, Valorant, and League of Legends.

Otto Bonning, Head of Sales at DATA.BET said of the partnership, “This is a long-term alignment where we will grow in the esports space together and deliver a strong, revenue-generating product to Pragmatic Play Sports and their clients.”

“We are eager to collaborate with such a forward-looking team and continue delivering tools that help drive global growth. For DATA.BET, the project reinforces its strategy of delivering modular, scalable integrations to global leading partners.”

At the same time, Pragmatic Play withdrew its games from sweepstakes casinos in California. Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a ban on the platforms into law this week. The esports betting industry represents a new opportunity for the company.
