Doom Eternal cheats codes – Where to Find Them in the game

Doom Eternal is an intense and thrilling game that continues to delight fans across the world. But every demon slaying Doom enthusiast could use a little help in their quest to eliminate Earth’s invaders, which is where Doom Eternal cheats codes come in handy! So, if you’re looking for how to find Doom Eternal cheats, you’re in the right place!

How to use Doom Eternal cheats codes

What makes the Doom Eternal cheats codes so central to the experience of playing the game is that they are built into its narrative. Many gaming guides don’t go into sufficient detail about things like where to find cheat codes.

Once you have found the cheat codes, you need to unlock and use them. You can do this via the game’s main menu or in Mission Select. When on the Mission Select screen, you can activate cheat codes by pressing Square, X, or R. Alternatively, you can use the option on the main menu. Our esports guides can offer more guidance on this type of thing.

Where are the Doom Eternal cheats?

This is where you can find details about where to find all the Doom Eternal cheats codes.

Infinite Extra Lives

  • What it does: As you can probably guess, this cheat code gives you infinite lives.
  • Location: You can find this one in Hell on Earth. It is situated in a subway behind the Codex door. Once you’ve gone through the door on the right and killed all enemies, continue down the corridor and finish off the second Tentacle. You will then see a box, onto which you should jump. If you climb up to the next floor here and smash the breakable vent, the code will be revealed.

IDDQD

  • What it does: Activates Sentinel Armour
  • Location: This is in the Cultist Base. First, pick up the super shotgun and clear the room that has eight boxes in it. Next, jump up to the central pillar (there is a monkey bar to help you up there). You will see a question mark suspended in the air. If you turn and dash while in mid-air, you will be able to collect it.

Instant Stagger Mode

  • What it does: Let you use one shot, flame belch, explosion or dash to stagger standard enemies instantly.
  • Location: Nekravol Part Two. Find the ledge behind the Argent Stream. Here, there is a hole that you need to drop down. Then, you can turn around to face the Argent Stream and dash through this hold to discover the code.

All Runes

  • What it does: Unlocks all Runes.
  • Location: Fortress of Doom. Go through the door on the left after you have exited the Main Room out the back. Go downstairs. Cross the bridge to a locked space that you use two Sentinel Batteries to open. Once you’re through into the space, drop onto the ledge below to discover the code.

Infinite Ammo

  • What it does: Gives you unlimited ammunition.
  • Location: Super Gore Nest. There is a ledge by the EU Banks sign. A breakable wall can be seen if you walk to the edge and look into the middle. Jump up and dash, open the wall and find the code.

IDKFA

  • What it does: Unlocks all weapons and equipment.
  • Location: Arc Complex. The code is in a hole in the floor. You can find the hole by jumping from the convention centre lobby area through the broken window on the right. Once you have killed the enemies, you can drop down to find the hole.

Powerup Mode: Onslaught

  • What it does: Gives you infinite Onslaught Power up for the whole mission.
  • Location: Mars Core. Following the cut scene where you drop through the fall, you need to kill all the enemies. You’ll come to a blue jump pad you can use to go through a hole in the ceiling to find the code.

Silver Bullet Mode

  • What it does: Kills staggered enemies with one shot.
  • Location: Doom Hunter Base. Located at the top of a pillar in the centre of a room. After the laser grid, use a green skull to enter this room. A question mark at the top of the pillar denotes the code’s location.

Fully Upgraded Suit

  • What it does: Unlocks the Praetor Suit perks. (Consult our gaming guides to find out what these perks are.)

Powerup Mode: Overdrive

  • What it does: Gives you Infinite Overdrive power-up.
  • Location: Taras Nabad. Located next to a Gore Nest. Find the nest by heading through the locked gate with the red target. The question mark behind the gate is the code. Head upstairs and smash through a breakable wall. Go through the Pretty Room and hop down to find the nest.
