Fall Guys Player Count 2024 – PC and Console Figures
Fall Guys is one of the most adorable battle royale games on the market, and in 2022, it transitioned to a free-to-play model. It was a hugely successful move that saw millions of players jump into the game for the first time, boosting the Fall Guys player count higher than ever before. It’s available on almost every platform, which further extends the game’s reach, but how far has that popularity rush fallen as we move into 2024?
If there’s one thing hampering Fall Guys’ ongoing success, it’s the amount of competition in the battle royale genre. However, thanks to campaigns led by top-tier streamers and content creators, Fall Guys has remained popular enough to maintain a solid base audience over the years. In August 2020, the Fall Guys player count peaked on Steam at 172,026 users, but how does that figure look today? Is Fall Guys still popular?
Let’s find out.
Fall Guys Players Count in 2024
The player count for any specific game doesn’t have a single metric you can look at. We’re usually stuck looking at a few different figures. We can look at overall downloads or current players on any given platform. Sometimes developers release information when they hit a specific milestone too.
Even with all of this though, it can be difficult to get a full picture. With the information that we do have though, we can look at what information is available to see how it’s doing.
Steam and Epic Games Player Count for Fall Guys
If we use Steam as a representative example, we can get a good idea of the Fall Guys player count in 2024. It’s easy enough to get hold of this data, and it’s accurate down to the individual user. It’s almost impossible to get the player count on PlayStation, Xbox, Mobile, or Nintendo Switch, so we’ll have to make assumptions there.
At the time of publishing, Fall Guys’ player count on Steam sat at just 1,341 users. There was a 24-hour peak of 2,261, which is a huge comedown from the all-time peak player count of 172,026 (on Steam). If we look at the below graph, we can see quite a considerable drop-off over time, with a few peaks here and there:
There’s plenty to take into consideration here, though. On PC, we’re only looking at Steam – most people arguably play Fall Guys on the Epic Launcher. That can’t be tracked, unfortunately. Also, there’s a huge amount of competition in the genre, and every game undergoes peaks and troughs – it’s just natural. However, the number of people playing Fall Guys has been dropping since the end of 2022, so it’s not a good look for the game.
Fall Guys Player Count on Consoles
The Fall Guys player count in total has to include players on all platforms, not just Steam. Fall Guys has a decent player base on consoles as well as PCs. While the best Fall Guys players often compete on PC, there isn’t a huge disadvantage to using a console here. That’s made the game pretty popular across platforms.
It’s not as easy to find out how many people play Fall Guys as it is to see the CS player count. Unlike PC though, we don’t get too up-to-date figures on consoles. These numbers are largely kept private. However, we can probably expect it to be roughly in line with the PC players in terms of peaks. However, the height for these numbers is probably much more recent since the game has only launched on Xbox and Switch this year.

Fall Guys Total Player Count
It’s almost impossible to get a full picture of the Fall Guys player count, as the only public number is that on Steam, thanks to the platform’s transparent APIs. It’s unfortunate, but it’s safe to assume that Fall Guys is losing its hype over time, falling to the side and being replaced by more expansive, up-to-date, and popular games. It’s a sad fact, but there probably isn’t that much life left in Fall Guys.
